Each August since 1997, brethren of Brazelton Lodge #190 have conducted a Charity Golf Tournament, and have made donations to several Masonic and local Charities including Jefferson County HABITAT FOR HUMANITY. The 2001 (5th Annual) Golf Tournament was held on Saturday August 25 at the Dandridge Country Club. 40 golfers, representing 10 teams participated. The event cleared over $5,000; the funds will be divided among the following charities:

Jefferson County Rescue Squad
Field of Dreams (to sponsor a ball team--South Jefferson Little League)
Dandridge Food Pantry
Brazelton Lodge Scholarships
Grand Lodge Building Enhancement Fund
Jefferson County HFH
Grand Lodge Widow's and Orphand's Fund
Raingbow Girls
Jefferson County Scottish Rite Shoe Program
Grand Lodge Museum and Library Fund

Other Teams wait their turn to tee off.	Work still progressed at the house site just 3 miles away. Vinyl siding was being completed. The sheet rock crew had hung the dry wall and was beginning to tape and finish it.
