A crowd of over 50 Grand Officers, Brethren, Eastern Star Grand Officers and members, Hickman County HFH Board members, the Carter Family and others who had worked to build the house, gathered for the dedication.

Brother Tom Boduch presents a Certificate of Appreciation to Sister Janet Hopson for her efforts in aiding District 20's Tornado Relief House Project, which was also under construction as the same time as the 2003 GMWP house. It had been dedicated on February 15, 2004.
