The Long Range Planning Committee is in the early stages of formulating 5, 10 and 20 year strategic plans for Freemasonry in Tennessee. Below is a brief outline and summary of goals" 5 YEAR PLAN (2008-2013) Incorporate the present VISION 2013 into the 5 year plan COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS Continue to support Tennessee's Hospital Hospitality Houses Help re-establish a HHH in Memphis Help establish a HHH in Chattanooga Establish a Tennessee Masonic C.H.I.P. program by 2011 GRAND LODGE BUILDING Complete repairs to the Grand Lodge Building Pay Building repair loans and adequately endow future building maintenance -Possibly rent building to generate revenue BICENTENNIAL CELEBRATION Hold Bicentennial Celebration on December 27, 2013 in Knoxville Continue to sell Bicentennial Knife Produce Historial book and commemorative coin 10 YEAR PLAN (2008-2018) Continue 5 year plan Replace VISION 2013 awards and programs with LONG RANGE awards and Programs Continue to fund Building Maintenance Endowment Fund 20 YEAR PLAN (2008-2028) Continue 5 and 10 year plans Consider establishing a Grand Lodge Operational Endowment Fund
